Congratulations Boy for holding out so long. Late comers get to take home the bacon. He's currently appointed as an Associate Commissioner of COMELEC. Tino has recently married and is a proud father of a brand new baby girl. (You've got to pay somehow Tino!). There's not much to say about our well known Class 63 alumni. The record speaks for itself. And if you happen not to know - WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN RIP VAN WINKLE?
